  • Robert D. Bendetti

    CEO

    Robert (“Bob") Bendetti has led Bendetti for over 37 years. In his capacity, Bob is responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and leadership of the company. He sits on both the Advisory Board and Investment Committee and brings valuable experience having navigated both sides of the real estate cycle.

    Prior to leading Bendetti, Bob worked for a major commercial real estate company in Southern California. He graduated from the University of the Pacific (B.A.) and holds a California DRE Brokers License along being an active member NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute.

  • Aaron Weaver

    PRESIDENT

    Aaron Weaver is the President of Bendetti and is responsible for the strategic planning of the company along with development and execution of business plans for new acquisitions and overseeing the overall portfolio. His primary focus is to grow and maintain the company’s capital relationships and ensure the company executes its mission. Aaron sits on both the Advisory Board and Investment Committee.

    Aaron has over 20 years of experience which includes roles in acquisitions, capital raising, portfolio management, finance, accounting and investor relations. Before joining Bendetti in 2014, Aaron worked at CORE Realty Holdings in Newport Beach and Hines in their San Francisco office. Prior to Hines, he began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the assurance practice. He is an active member of Urban Land Institute and sits on a national forum with NAIOP. Aaron graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and received his CPA license in the state of California.

  • Jon Moyer

    DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITIONS

    Jon Moyer is the Director of Acquisitions at Bendetti and is responsible for identifying new investment opportunities in markets with attractive economic fundamentals across the United States. His primary role is to accomplish the growth objectives of the company and expand the platform. Jon sits on both the Strategic Planning and Investment Committees.

    Jon has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry with roles in acquisitions, asset management, corporate finance, and investor relations. Prior to joining Bendetti, he held leadership positions at several institutional real estate companies including Alexander & Baldwin, The Walt Disney Company, and GE Capital as well as CREDE, a boutique development company in Southern California. Jon’s experience includes over $1.5 Billion in commercial real estate acquisitions in the continental United States and Hawaii. He graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Jon also attended the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland where he earned his Masters in Business Administration.

  • Kyle Timson

    DIRECTOR OF ASSET MANAGEMENT

    Kyle Timson is the Director of Asset Management at Bendetti, overseeing the business plan execution and driving the financial performance for the entire portfolio. In addition, Kyle serves as a member of both the Strategic Planning and Investment Committees.

    Kyle has over 10 years of experience which includes roles in asset management, finance, accounting and investor relations. Before joining Bendetti he worked at Ventas, a publicly traded REIT, where he managed a national portfolio of healthcare-related assets. Prior to Ventas, Kyle began his career at Ernst and Young in the assurance practice. He is an active member of NAIOP and sits on a national forum. He graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and later graduated from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management with a Master of Business Administration. He also holds a CPA license in the state of Illinois.

  • Amy Rasilla

    DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

    Amy Rasilla is the Director of Property Management at Bendetti. With over 20 years of industry experience, Amy’s responsibilities include the oversight of the property management team, onboarding new assets, standardizing and improving company processes, and supporting company business objectives. Most recently, Amy spearheaded the implementation of the company's ESG program to drive growth and increase value across the organization.

    Prior to joining Bendetti, Amy worked for Hines, Kraemer Land Company, Catellus Development Corporation, Quong Enterprises, Newmark, and CBRE. Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and holds her Real Estate License in the state of California.

  • Anthony Stephens

    CONTROLLER

    Anthony Stephens is the Controller at Bendetti, providing the company with management and oversight of the company’s financial activities. Anthony is responsible for overseeing financial and investor reporting for the company’s real estate portfolio.

    Anthony has 10 years of finance and accounting experience specializing in real estate. Before joining Bendetti, Anthony Spent 8 years in public accounting at BDO. In his role as an Assurance Manager, he was responsible for leading and coordinating audit teams for a portfolio of a variety of companies ranging from real estate, construction, asset management, financial services, and the private equity sector. Anthony is an active Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Redlands.

  • Scotty Williams

    ADVISORY BOARD

    Scotty Williams is a Director at PEAK Technology Partners and has over 15 years of corporate strategy and investment advisory experience focused on complex real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions for technology-enabled businesses. Scotty has executed over $3 billion of transactions over his career.

    Previously, Scotty managed a family office investment portfolio overseeing operations, strategy and development of diverse real estate holdings nationwide. He began his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in New York City, executing M&A and capital markets transactions across a variety of industries. Scotty holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Kent Snyder

    ADVISORY BOARD

    Kent Snyder has practiced real estate and corporation law in Orange County for over 50 years. His primary focus has been in negotiating and consummating real estate acquisitions and dispositions, loan documents, commercial leasing and escrow closings.

    Kent served as a member of the Board of Directors for 16 years at the Tejon Ranch Company (NYSE: TRC), the largest private landowner in California. He was also Chairman of the Board of Directors for nine years. Kent received his B.S. Degree in Business Administration, and a J.D. Degree, in law from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).

  • Jeff Jones

    ADVISORY BOARD

    Jeff Jones was a Managing Partner and Executive Committee member of the regional accounting firm Frazer, LLP, where he had worked since 1977. Currently Mr. Jones is consulting with Frazer, LLP, having retired in December, 2020. Jeff has over 40 years of experience in servicing small and medium sized business clients primarily within the real estate, construction, and agricultural industries.

    Jeff serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Pacific Premier Bancorp, which has total assets of over $21 billion and headquartered in Irvine, CA. Jeff is a CPA in California and holds a Masters of Business Taxation from Golden Gate University.
