Investment Criteria:

Markets: Western United States. Evaluation of new markets with strong economic fundamentals are considered.

Investment Size: $8 - $100+ million

Hold Period: 3 - 5 years for Value-Add, potentially longer holds for specific Opportunistic and Core Plus assets. We must allow for flexibility of hold period required to maximize value for investors.
