Robert "Bob" Bendetti has led The Bendetti Company’s investment, development and asset management for more than 30 years. In this capacity, he is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities along with implementing overall business plans for the company and each investment. Bendetti has been deeply involved in nearly every facet of the business, including management and marketing, acquisition and disposition, ground up development and financing. Since he joined The Bendetti Company in 1985, Bob has been directly involved in more than $500 million in transactions.
Before taking the reins at The Bendetti Company, Bob trained and worked in the 1980s as a licensed sales agent for The Grubb & Ellis Company within the same markets which The Bendetti Company owns and manages properties today.
Bob graduated from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, Calif. with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He holds a California DRE Brokers License and is a member of various real estate organizations, including the American Industrial Real Estate (AIR), NAIOP, Urban Land Institute and BOMA.
Aaron Weaver joined The Bendetti Company in 2014. As CFO, he manages the overall financial risks of the company and oversees all financial planning and accounting activities, as well as investor reporting. Weaver also cultivates relationships between debt and equity providers and supports the company in negotiations for new acquisitions.
Before joining Bendetti, Weaver held financial and accounting positions at CORE Realty Holdings, LLC and Hines Interests. Prior to his tenure at Hines, he worked in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Weaver graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive) in the state of California.
Jared Christensen serves as Managing Director for The Bendetti Company and leads the capital markets and asset management functions.
Mr. Christensen has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining The Bendetti Company, he was involved in the structuring and capital raising of several debt and equity real estate offerings. He also has held asset management positions at various firms including CORE Realty Holdings and American Realty Advisors.
Mr. Christensen received his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. He currently holds a real estate license in California.
